1.The model is adult female torso with a simulated vaginal depth of 7-8cm, a uterine opening diameter of 5mm, and an ovarian fallopian tube,simulated uterine longitudinal diameter of 5.5-7.5cm, anterior posterior diameter of 3.0-4.0cm, transverse diameter of 4.5-5.5cm, cervical length of 2.5-3.0cm, and cervical diameter of 3cm.
2. Insert the hysteroscope into the uterine cavity according to the operating procedures for routine examination.
Case 1) Smooth and slightly larger is a simulated submucosal fibroid;
Case 2), smooth and small is a simulated submucosal polyp;
Case 3): The larger surface is not smooth and uneven, which simulates endometrial cancer.
3.Hysteroscopic circular electric cutter can be used to electrically cut the various tumors mentioned above, and then combined with oval forceps to clamp out the completely excised tumor.
