2. The anatomical structure is accurate, with  joint structures of the tibia, fibula, rectum, calcaneus, metatarsals, phalanges, and ankle.
3. Ankle joint puncture, injection, closed training, and assessment can be performed.
4. Equipped with an electronic monitoring controller, there are voice and light prompts for puncture and errors. When the puncture is correct, the green light will light up, and the voice prompt: "The puncture is correct". When puncturing the tibial nerve or inter plantar neuroma (2, 3, and 3, 4 inter plantar neuromas), a red light comes on, and the voice prompts that the nerve has been punctured.
5. The puncture injection site includes: tibial moment joint, subtalar joint, 1st metatarsophalangeal joint, 5th metatarsophalangeal joint, tarsal sinus, plantar fascia, 2nd and 3rd metatarsal neuroma, 3rd and 4th metatarsal neuroma, and tibial nerve. The tibial joint can extract fluid from the joint cavity.

Equipped with a simulation syringe made with new technology, the puncture site can be injected with simulated liquid medicine after successful puncture. When pushing the simulated liquid medicine, it will not be actually injected into the ankle joint puncture site, and the simulated liquid medicine will flow back into the liquid medicine reflux pipe above the piston. The connected liquid medicine storage bottle provides a completely realistic feel when pushing the liquid medicine.
